The Hotel Beatriz Playa is a four star hotel set in Puerto del Carmen right in the Tias' borough and at about 7 kilometers from the city of Arrecife. Thanks to its location, the hotel has a priviledged access to the seaside promenade and the beach of "Matagorda", just a few meters away from the hotel.

The Beatriz Playa Hotel comprises a total of 404 guest rooms, which includes 32 junior suites, 6 rooms for the disabled  and 52 rooms for the non-smokers. All of the hotel's rooms are fully equipped with everything needed in order to make guests stay more pleasant such as fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, direct phone, satellite television, piped music, air conditioning, safety deposit box, minibar, etc. Every room at this hotel has a terrace with wonderful views of the surroundings of the hotel.

The Hotel Beatriz Playa offers a restaurant buffet style where guests can find a wide choice of cuisine, different menus every day which includes theme menus and live cooking fro breakfasts and dinners. For luchtime, guests can enjoy a meal at the snack bar by the pool "Davao" or at the italian restaurant with a large variety of pizzas, pasta and rice dishes (the restaurant is open from July to November and in special occasions). In the other hand, guests seeking to relax in a tranquil atmosphere, they can do so at the piano bar where there is live music by the hotel's pianist. Also, the saloon bar "Mindanao" offers live music, dancing and shows.

Among the hotel's wide range of facilities, the hotel offers spectacular waterfalls, an indoor and outdoor gardens throughout the complex.
