| The Hotel Catalonia Oro Negro is a friendly and welcoming three star hotel. It is within walking distance of the beach and the centre of the town. “Playa de las Americas” is the name of the area in which the hotel can be found. It belongs to one of the most visited tourist destinations in Tenerife and therefore offers numerous things to do and to see. Included in the hotel’s 269 guestrooms are family or superior rooms which offer two bedrooms and are more spacious. A pleasant atmosphere and modern installations are available in all rooms. This includes air conditioning, safe, satellite TV and telephone. Extra beds as well as baby cots can be requested.   There is a restaurant housed within the hotel that is open for all main meals. Traditional and international cuisine is served in a buffet style. A pool bar with terrace, a lobby bar and Daniel’s bar are open for drinks during the day and at night until 01.00am. As mentioned earlier, Playa de las Americas is full of leisure facilities and things to do but should you decide to stay in the hotel you can go for a swim in the outdoor pool or enjoy the hotel’s entertainment.
