Within the town you will find a number of excellent museums and two wonderful churches, the Santo Domingo Church and the Church of Nuestra Senora de la Concepcion. The town of Punta del Hidalgo and Bajamar have been developed into first class resorts with some excellent hotels, wonderful natural swimming pools and some amazing scenery.
